The reservation process is easy, but the more times we park there, the “credit towards future parking” should always be on the check in page. Then it should be easy to apply my parking discounts with my future trips. You want to develop LOYALTY w/customers.

Your attendants & drivers are friendly & knowledgeable. Your MDW buses are clean & always working. The larger printed codes are now more easily read by “the electronic reader” at the exit - that was a good improvement.

It would be smart to expand the parking area on 47th @ MDW. It would be good to allow “loyal customers” with “X number of points) to park there - even w/o a reservation.

The shuttle drivers were great. Were also prompt (3-5 minutes) to pick us up and our flight came in at 11pm. Thanks

Fast, easy to use, convenient. I parked my car and then waited less than a minute for shuttle to pick me up. When I came back I followed simple instructions and it was only about 5-6 minutes and I got picked up. Going on another trip soon and will use you again.

Promptness and Courteousness. Would prefer more frequent Park 'n fly plus buses so the wait at terminal isn't more than 10 minutes! At least at peak times?

As soon as we parked our car, a shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport. On our return, there was a van waiting. Very easy to book a reservation too.
