You have so many instructions, many contradictory, that's it's impossible to know what to do upon arrival. The signs on your scanner machines are not clear to tell you what to do. The call attendant buttons on both the entrance and exit kiosks either don't work, or the attendant just doesn't answer. I arrived very early in the morning, and there was no attendant to help me.
Once I parked my vehicle a shuttle bus was immediately ready for me and helped me with my luggage.
