Reliable service
It was extremely easy to use the Park-N-Fly app to make the reservations, and I liked the fact that I could elect to self park or have a valet take our car. I also thought the daily fees were reasonable. We felt our car was protected within the lot so we didn't worry about it while on vacation. The lot was also equipped with lights so it made it easy to park and unpack the car. It was also easy to use the app to inform the driver we had arrived and the wait time from the lot to the airline was about 15 minutes, so I thought that was reasonable. When we arrived back to Bradley, again we used the app to let the driver know we were ready to be picked up by the shuttle and taken to our car. We had to wait a little longer for the shuttle, and coming back from vacation you just want to get to your car and get home. So I wished that timing was a little quicker. The only concern I had was that we had an issue getting into the lot at 3:30 am and also with leaving the lot when we returned. However, both times there was someone at the entrance and exit of the lot so we were able to get in and out after a few minutes. I'm not sure what the experience would have been like if there was no one there to assist us. Everyone we dealt with were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely use your service again.

I always used to just park at the airport but decided to try Park n Fly to save money. So efficient and much cheaper. The shuttle bus picks you up almost immediately at your car and drops you right next to the airport’s red lot, super close. They are also really efficient at picking you up from the airport, as they constantly have shuttles running. The shuttle drivers are super nice!
