Very easy to use. Car was secured indoors for 3 weeks while we were in Europe. They shuttle you to airport and pick you up when you return. Car was ready when I returned. Outstanding service they provide
What I like is the convenience of getting drop off at the Airport, have my car on a safe compound , being picked up and having my car available no matter what time my flight comes in, especially since I am about an hour from the airport.
Fast and friendly. Nancy help us park and was friendly and super accommodating and when we arrived back to the airport Keith was a quick to arrive super helpful and had a great disposition. I would definitely use park and fly again based soley on the customer service.

HOWEVER .. In order to ship my car north, I made a reservation and estimated that the driver would arrive within 24 hours. he did not and I don't understand why you just didn't add the extra $35 to my credit card that was used to park the car. The driver had to pay.
