Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and pre-paying is cheaper than parking at the airport directly. Car to curbside drop-off and pick-up is so much more convenient than walking from daily parking lot at the airport.

I’ve been using ParkNFly for about 2 years now & their service is top notch! During the time I’ve been a member, I’ve only experienced one issue with wait time when waiting for a shuttle back to my vehicle, but I honestly believe this was due to a staff shortage at the time. However since then, there’s always multiple shuttles running & the drivers are super friendly! Just recently I used ParkNFly & was looking for a parking spot & that’s when I met Lynn. While driving the shuttle, Lynn signaled for me & told me to “take a left at #9” where there was additional parking. She drove behind me so after I finished parking, I could get right on the shuttle. It had also been raining that day & she mentioned she didn’t want me to get wet! Now to me that is above & beyond customer service! I have recommended ParkNFly to many of my friends & family as this place was my hidden gem 😊

I came at around 445am the person who greeted me was nice and friendly. When I picked up my car everyone was so customer service oriented. It was as always a great experience

Super easy and fast pick up at car and fast drop off. I only wish there could be a priority for pickup at the airport. We were there before a few other people and due to where the shuttle stopped for pickup, we were skipped and had to wait for next shuttle. That sucked.
