Now that Cleveland airport parking is very confusing and limited. We decided to try Park N Fly at the Cleveland airport. What a great experience!!! All employees were friendly and very dedicated to their jobs and taking care of customers. Shuttles were convenient and on time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The entire process went very smoothly.

I had to default to the valet service which is fine. Quick drop off at airport, a bit longer on the return, but it during peak period.

Great! You have someone to pick up and answer phone calls. Though for infrequent flyers, it's good to provide a map for the pick up points for different airlines. Even though the driver did emphasis to get back on where they were dropped off, but if coming back from a different airline, then it would be confusing, especially the airport doesn't provide any clear directions on all exit points.

The service was excellent take only a few minutes to reach the airport and at the end when we arrive back I requested to pickup back a n s they sends to me a message to put the terminal which was C and in minutes the bus pick us to the parking lot was excellent thanks!!!!

Fast and efficient with pick-up after we park to get to the airport and pick-up at the airport after we land to get to our car.

We like the convenience & also that when we were waiting at the wrong door the driver came to find us. Thanks buddy, we were lost if you hadn't come to find us!!
