It is a very convenient parking and shuttle service to the airport at an affordable, competitive price point compared to other options. The shuttle buses are fairly prompt at picking you up and dropping you off. I also like the mobile app.

This was my first experience using Park N Fly. I was traveling alone through Chicago Midway, I parked my car in the assigned spot, and within a few minutes the shuttle dropped me and my luggage right outside the departure door at the airport. Upon my return to Chicago, my flight was late arriving and the Park N Fly shuttle was there in a few minutes to take me back to my car. Through this whole experience, I felt safe, and the Park N Fly employees were very helpful and courteous. I look forward to using Park N Fly services again in the future.

Fast and easy. My only complaint would be the spaces are really tight(and I do understand why), but getting even a midsize SUV in can require see sawing.

Only thing I don’t like is when you enter a promo code online to make a reservation the cost actually increases versus decreases.

So easy to reserve online. I love the valet service. The staff onsite and the drivers are so helpful and courteous. I appreciate the texting services, reminding when your reservation is about to start and when it is supposed to end. And it's not just automated texting - there is someone actually on the other end of it so that if you have any questions or issues, a staff is available in real time to help out. Will definitely use this service again the next time I fly out of SFO!
