It was so nice being able to park our car, to be picked up at our car, and then taken to our terminal! We loved having someone who was familiar with the airport take us right to where we needed to be!

Finding your parking lot was very easy, entry process was smooth, direction to parking space was quick, and transportation from parking lot to the airport was on time. Van drivers to and from the airport were very friendly and professional.

How easy it was to book ahead. This allowed us to easily find a place to park and get to the terminal. The shuttle was waiting on us as soon as the plane landed.

Love the shuttle service. It dropped us where my car was and picked us there too. We did not wait for the shuttle at all.

Friendly folks. Valet convenient. Your associates really make an effort to be customer service focused. One evening - very late, the woman who usually works behind the counter was getting cars for valet. Working very hard, suspect there was a staffing issue - but she did a great job and should be recognized.
