Seems that just having Letters and colors (e.g., H-Blue) is not close enough for people to find their cars easily. When we get back, the shuttle takes a long time for people to locate their cars. Maybe a numbering the spaces so H-Blue-123 or something would help the shuttle driver take you to your car.

Friendly, efficient, quick and easy process! After waiting two hours to get through customs, we were promptly picked up with minimal waiting and our vehicle ready as soon as we arrived! I will definitely be using Park n Fly again! Highly recommend their services.

The shuttle driver, Ben, was incredible. I lost my fob and searched for several minutes. He finally found it for me. I’m 84 and sooooo appreciated his kind help. He stayed by me until we had a solution. Please give him an accommodation. This was Sat July 15 about 4 pm. I overheard his name and hope I have it right.
