In the past we have been very disappointed with the quality of the busses, with things rattling so loud you couldn’t hear each other talk and the AC dripping on my wife in the back once on our way home. However, both our transport to and from DFW airport this trip were very pleasant and we were pleased with the newer busses and helpfulness of the drivers. We could tell that work has been done to improve the service and it shows. Thanks!
