This is the 2nd time that I used this service but first time I used on my own and from a different terminal. The last time i was following someone else who knew what they were doing. I did like having the ability to store my vehicle in covered parking for the week. The ride to and from the airport were quick. I did struggle with the app and knowing what to do when I returned - I think some additional instructions for what to do when you return would have been helpful - I didn't see anything in my original email. I didn't realize I needed to push the request pick-up right away from the luggage area - I thought I needed to be in the pick-up area first and thus I ended up getting myself lost between Terminal 1 and 2. Signage at MSP could be better for directing people where to go - but that is MSP not something you can control.
The staff was very friendly and I loved that I was dropped off directly at my car, and that there was enough light at night that I felt safe. I will definitely use this service again.
