EVERYTHING

Had a dead battery upon return to the lot. They tried to use a pack to jumpstart the car but it did not work. I had a friend come give me a jump. They said I could leave my car in until the morning if it didn't work since it was after 11pm.

Luckily we got it started.

Valet service is fairly quick. The drop off process was a little slow but when we returned it was quick. I like being able to have the quick covered parking and quick shuttle service to the terminal. Clean onboard shuttles are important and so far they have been clean. The staff is is somewhat friendly. I would try using this parking service again.

The drivers are very courteous, polite and helpful. They loaded and unloaded our luggage very expeditiously. The buses are clean and on time. The wait-times to our flight and back to our car were very minimum . This was our first time using Park 'N Fly. We will definitely use them again and again!

Very friendly and helpful

The online booking was so easy to use and by far the best priced parking in the area. We had never been to the lot before but it was easy to find and maneuver through the lot. We showed up at 3 am and there were SEVERAL staff members immediately available to direct us, answer questions, as well as shuttle us to the airport. The shuttle service was so quick and painless, they drive straight up to your car to pick you up and drop you off the same way. The free car wash was also a great perk and upon checking out at midnight the staff member gave us complimentary water bottles. Every interaction we had was more than helpful and every staff member was just delightful. We felt safe and confident leaving our vehicle in this lot over our vacation. 10 out of 10 stars for every single detail!

Everything! Booking is fairly easy, checking in to the lot is easy and if you need help, someone is always nearby. The price and convenience is excellent. The drivers are courteous and helpful with any baggage that you may have. The vans are clean and quickly arrive both upon checking into the lot and picking you up at the airport. No complaints from me!
