location is perfect and I have never had to wait more than 1 minute for a bus either from the lot to the airport or vice versa. Drivers are always quick to grab bags, remind us of pick up locations and remind us to hold onto our tickets! The app is not the most intuitive, but that might be my user error.

When I arrived at nearly midnight to the Philadelphia location I found my tire flat. I was in such a state. Exhausted from 30 hours of sleepless travel.
EVERYONE at this location, consisting of 4 men, where kind and professional. They went out of their way to be helpful to me and make sure I felt both safe and comfortable. They had good advice on how to handle the situation. Harvey, the lot night manager, especially made sure the tow truck drive that came did the right things and just overall I can't say enough on how nice he and the entire team were.
