We used self park this time, Patrick F helped us find our car. My wife is handicapped and Patrick took the time to load our luggage and make sure she had the room needed to get her into our Van. We travel. often and have used Park "n Fly for many years. We have always enjoyed the service, help and thouhgtfulnes of the entire staff. You will always be our first choice.

Cole was excellent... when we arrived, he met us at the gate. Let us know the best spots that were open. They were also very close. He followed us to the car and helped assist with our bags. Held a great conversation with us to the airport. Very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful!! Thanks, Cole!!

Ease of service. Simply reserve my spot and pay in advance. From that point on everything is taken care of for me - drop off my car, then a quick and friendly shuttle drive to the airport. Return is just as easy - text my location outside the airport, wait a few minutes for a shuttle, and my car is waiting for me when the shuttle drops me off. Thank you, your service takes some of the stress out of traveling.

In general, there is minimal wait times for shuttle at the car park and airport side during business hours. Most of the drivers are very friendly and helpful.
