Easy pick up when we parked and great service when arriving home and getting us back to our car. Wonder if there is a way to prioritize the ones that made a contact for pickup over the ones that seem in a hurry and buck the line.

Great bus drivers and speedy entry and exit when making reservation in advance. Would be nice if the pick up at North terminal was better managed. But I know that is probably out of your control as a company.

I’ve been a customer since 1999, so that tells you all you need to know. I’ve always loved the service.

That said I do have 1 criticism. I’m a valet parker and am not thrilled that the shuttle has to drive around the lot to pick up self Parkers. I feel like I’m paying a premium for the valet service. I don’t want to have to factor extra time to reach the airport.

The staff is professional, courteous and punctual.

I loved that the shuttle came and picked me up and dropped me off right by my car. I also loved that the QR code actually scanned. The last time my husband and I flew, we paid for parking at the airport but the QR code would not scan.

Friendly people who go above and beyond. This weekend I left a backpack in my car and realized it as we turned onto Camp Creek Parkway. Driver called in on the radio, got it put on the next shuttle and saved us a roundtrip to go back and get it.

Everything was so smooth and made traveling so easy. Will definitely choose park n fly again. Denisha was extremely helpful when dropping off and picking up my vehicle.

Shuttle waited for us to park on departure. Shuttle driver made a mad dash with us back to lot when I found my phone was left in car. Shuttle was reasonably prompt on our return to Terminal 2.

Cost effective and quality service.

The professionalism of both the staff at the entrance gate and the drivers. The drivers were quite helpful with bringing down luggage and that is commendable.

They adequately meet my needs for traveling and are prompt with drop-off and pick-up.

What I didn't like-I parked in the covered area and no shuttle came by to pick us up for an extended period of time. I finally called you and you sent out a shuttle.
How does the shuttle know there is someone in the covered area? Does the attendant at the check-in kiosk radio the driver when she knows someone just came through for covered parking?

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The women who worked the front gate were fantastic. The shuttle drivers were also helpful, friendly, and they did their jobs great.

I can honestly say that I was not a fan of this service about a year ago but I stuck with you because of the proximity to the terminals. Once the staffing issues ironed themselves out, service has been great from parking lot to drop off location and vice versa. One guy even tells jokes and gets the passengers engaged along the way. I would not use anyone else unless your covered lot is full which has happened only once. Keep up the good service and I will be a customer as long as I am flying.
