I enjoyed the covered parking and immediate pickup. On our return, your bus immediately picked us up and drove us to our car, even though there were only two of us! We were amazed and very pleased

Drivers and gate personnel are very friendly. Have had trouble with QR codes on phone working to open gates and makes entry and exit trying.

Pick up and drop off were very efficient. Location is great.
Only issue was pick-up. We waited more than 30 minutes, called to check, had appx 50 ppl waiting as well. Watched Park n Fly competitors sending multiple pick up vans in that time. We just recently moved to PnP for same reason- others were not doing great at pickup, seems they upped their game while PnP may have relaxed.

We always use PNF whenever we fly because it's easy entry and exit, the shuttles pick you up quickly and the drivers are ALWAYS friendly and helpful! We like the option of indoor parking, too! We've just always had a good experience at PNF!
