However, Ii used to receive better rates as a return customer for years and a discount being a travel agent and AAA member. No discount on last trip. Nearly $100 for 4 nights!

Also, car was not ready upon arrival from airport. First time and was not busy (11pm).

It's conveniently located and easy to book.

It was difficult to find the exit from the covered parking. We had to have help to exit because we did not use the proper exit.

Convenience and ease of parking

We have always had a great experience with Park N Fly EXCEPT for our return trip on Tuesday, July 25th around 12:00 am. The driver was timely, but he was extremely RUDE to the passengers and did not offer to assist anyone. There was a woman with small children and several pieces of luggage. The driver did not move to assist her or anyone else on the shuttle. Other passengers attempted to help her once we realized the driver wasn't moving out of his seat. Every time my family has used Park N Fly the drivers have been very respectful and always volunteer to help load/unload luggage as needed. This was the first time I have experienced such laziness and disregard for passengers by a driver on one of your shuttles. Hopefully, this can be addressed bc even though my family was able to handle our luggage without driver assistance, seeing him show such blatant disrespect and unconcern toward us and our fellow passengers was enough to make us not want to use Park N Fly as our preferred airport shuttle.
