I have never had any negative issues with their parking lot or their service and the pickup at the airport is efficient and the wait time minimal.

The shuttle worked well and my car was safe at the airport in covered parking.

Everything was easy. We arrived, they took our car and there was a shuttle leaving right then.
When we came back it was easy, too. They sent us a text the day before we were scheduled to come back telling us to text them when we had our luggage and needed the shuttle. We did and walked out to the shuttle area and were fortunate because the shuttle was right there. Our car was out and ready for us when we got to Park n Fly, we gave them our ticket, and left. Easy Peasy.
The only thing that would have been helpful was that we didn’t know where the shuttle area pick up area was after we got our luggage. It would be helpful if the driver who originally brought us to the airport had told us where to go on our return.

This was my first time using park n fly. I tried your company because I got an email with discount prior to my flight. I wanted to try another parking company because the last couple times I used the parking spot when returning the other customers just push and shoved to get on the buses. I noticed a number of other shuttles that weren’t as busy so I wanted to try a new company. On my way back I had a great talk with Patrick and he is the reason I will be using your company again. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided great service. Treat him to some Chick-fil-A!
