Pickup at the airport was timely!!
Had an ~ 2hr delay and I didn't have to call, a driver was waiting.
Second issue I had is I lost the qr code paper and my phone didn't want to work. Used the buzzer on window and the gentleman was polite, took my phone number and gave me my receipt- gate opened!!

Got picked up this afternoon by Keith. He was extremely professional and helpful. He gladly brought my luggage onto the shuttle with a smile, while asking how my flight was. He inquired about my trip to Atlanta and asked if I was able to get out and have fun. He wasn't talking just to small talk, he genuinely cared and I could tell. Perfect execution of what you'd want to be greeted by when getting off a plane after a few hours.

On the way back to Park and Fly, he recommended a few different places to eat. He picked up on this when I offhandedly mentioned I was hungry.

Super fast service. We arrived at the pick up point just as a bus pulled away. A couple minutes later, another bus pulled up. The only thing I didn’t like was having to scan my ticket on the way out. It’s been a long time, I don’t remember where my ticket is.
