Park and Fly was great! I pulled in at 5am. They told me where to park and the van was waiting for me! It was amazing and quick!!! We got to the airport very quick! When I returned to my flight, the van was ready to go! It was so easy and convenient! Thank you!!!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My flight was very late and I did not have to wait for a shuttle. The driver brought me to my car and waited nearby to be sure I was ok.

It was very accommodating from the time we parked- the quick ride to the airport- and when we returned to MSP your Shutter bus was already there before we had a chance to call. Now that's quick AAA service.

What do you like about our services?

It’s still most convenient service but the drivers are just not what they used to be…perhaps it’s new policy but they just stand back and wait to see how hard you struggle before offering any luggage assistance. Plus, the other day the driver told me where to sit….really??? I get wanting to have free space while loading bags but say that….not tell a weary traveler where they are allowed to sit on a completely empty bus.

The gate personnel and van drivers were very friendly. I also like that with one simple text a van gets dispatched to pick you up at the airport.

Service and location is great. There are two things i would like it to be improved. 1. Train drivers on location of return pickup location 2. Price of processing and extra fee stagger to a non-competitive price which is not desirable. Please improve your total price to be competitive to other parking nearby including the airport. Thank you!

It’s nice to be picked up right at your parking space so there’s no walking while lugging a bunch of baggage around. The shuttles are comfortable for the short ride to the airport. Prompt pick up from the airport, despite it being the middle of the night, was great too!
