I used the app to make my reservation, scan in upon arrival and departure. It was so slick. I also waited maybe 2 minutes for pick up on my departure date and the shuttle was waiting for me at the airport upon my return so I didn’t have to wait at all. Very quick and seamless process and experience.

It is convenient to airport from where I live and I don't have to deal with parking at the airport. Drop off and pick up is fast and efficient and I don't have to worry about having my car stolen or broken into.

What do you like about our services?

I can't say anything bad during our 29 days trip to philippines. First, I forgot to lock my car and the driver and attendant check it for me and they follow up with me after checking my car. Secondaly, the driver help all the time with our 6 luggage. Third, the rates is more reasonable than any parkings I had before near IAH.

Prompt, friendly, helpful! We’ve used park n fly approximately 10 times over the past few years and have never had a problem. I even needed to get back to the site, from the airport after realizing I forgot something in the my car that I needed for my trip, and they made it happen so fast! Highly recommend them!

Great service! Very quick with getting to the airport. Love that you are able to request a shuttle at pickup if one is not there! Will definitely be using again, can’t beat the price!

Had to wait a few minutes on the bus from airport back to lot and didn’t know if we needed to call

Also if bus driver could say location of airport pick is noted on this ticket it would help
