The driver explained all of the services, including the free car wash as you leave the lot! I have parked at Park N Fly 4-7 times in the last year and don't recall getting all of that information, super helpful!

Convenient, easy drop off and pick up. However, on the return trip home to Atlanta, from NY, our flight was delayed from a storm up there. We got back about 3 hours late. Our shuttle driver seemed upset about something. I just hope that you all encourage and work towards happy staff:-) The shuttle driver at the beginning of the trip/departure was awesome.
