The pickup process was seamless. We needed to be picked up after midnight on Saturday/Sunday and our wait time was very short after texting to ask for a pickup.

It was so quick and so easy and, to my surprise, was actually better than parking on airport grounds.
Before I could pull my luggage out of my car, a shuttle came to my car to pick me up. The staff was all very courteous and helpful, and professional yet friendly. The shuttle driver explained everything that I needed to know and she dropped me off right at my car. The carwash was also nice bonus.
