It was a fairly quick process to get from the car to the airport. It was easy to get from the airport back. I like that we were picked up from our vehicle and dropped off at our vehicle. The spot I was directed to was too small and had a pole in it was my only complaint.

I was able to find a parking sport fairly quickly and the shuttle service was prompt to get us picked up then off to the airport.

The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. During my last trip, my battery ran flat and park and fly staff were helpful in providing a booster to jump start the car.

this was my first time flying in three years.
i used to use the greyhouse bus out of crestwood but it has since closed down.
what am i to do?
so i looked on line and found PARK N FLY
ordered my tickets and anxiously drove there wednesday morning.
at the gate they were very helpful.
parked my car and shortly afterwards shuttle came and got me and my luggage.
driver was very nice and explained where we were to meet on our return.
got to airport in plenty of time.
on my return home i went to said location, texted with the number provided
and within minutes a shuttle was there.
i will continue to praise the service to all i know.
you are doing a GREAT JOB!
