Friendly associates, easy to get to location, reasonable rates
I like the deep discounts when making a reservation, access to covered parking spaces, the quick availability of vans at the parking ramp when departing and vans at the airport when arriving, and that the van driver dropped us off at our car.
Because of the distance to airports, I have been reluctant to use Park 'N Fly. That said, I had a great experience at the Park 'N Fly in Minneapolis and will consider Park 'N Fly the next time we intend to fly out-of-town for an extended time.
Very quickly service
Everyone very friendly. Coming home we had one issue although we can't blame entirely on park and fly. Our plane was 4 hours late so we did not get in when I said we would. When I sent message to pick us up it acknowledged the message but didn't send anyone. After waiting 30 minutes we called and someone was sent to pick us up.
Fast and the shuttle was already at the airport when I landed so I did not have to wait.
Great value and service. Shuttles are frequent. Drivers are very courteous.
The shuttle drivers as always were great. I am wearing a walking boot on one foot and they went out of their way to make travel easier for me. One dropped me off at Ticketing and the other out my suitcase in my trunk. I really appreciated the concern and care they gave me.

We always have trouble scanning our QR code when entering both the initial entry and also the covered parking section. Of course we got help immediately. The employees at the DFW location are welcoming and professional. I must compliment the agent at the exit. She acted as if she remembered us from our last trip- so glad to see us. I think her name was Carolyn but not sure of that. We were so tired and that made us smile. Thanks.

Easy to get to, affordable and quick shuttle
As I drove to my parking spot driver followed me on a bus. I got out and straight unto the bus to my terminal, zero delays. Similar experience upon my return, driver was waiting at the airport terminal and took me straight to my parked car. On my way out I used the free cash wash service. Great service overall, I was quite satisfied. Thanks and keep up the good work.

easy, fast, conveint
Everything was great actually. The app was awesome! We were able to make the reservation and check in with it. We were even able to request our shuttle from it upon our return. The driver on the front side made us up a card that gave us the location of our car. As we were leaving, the attendant offered us water bottles. Overall a very pleasant experience!
As soon as I pulled into the parking lot a driver was right behind me to pick my family and I up. Our bags were handled and were on our way to the airport within minutes of pulling into the parking lot. At pickup we waited about 5 minutes before being loaded up and headed back to the parking lot. Before leaving the lot we used the free car wash since my vehicle was there for a week. Also, check in was easy, scanned the QR code to check in and out. Would recommend especially since it's half the rate of the airport.
Shuttle promptly got us to the airport and was even waiting for us at the airport to bring us back to our car from the airport -- we didn't even need to call. Very reasonable parking charges as well.

Very efficient and quick. Staff was excellent. My child left his backpack on the shuttle and they had it waiting for us in the office when we returned. I will definitely use Park N Fly again.
