I am very impressed with the promptness. I have never waited more than a couple minutes to be picked up by a shuttle at my car or at the airport which is important when at the airport. I love that they come right to your car and you don't have to remember exactly where you park.

The facility is very easy to get to. All the staff are very friendly. At the end of our trip, I love that our vehicle is pulled out and waiting for us in the covered parking area. Our driver from SFO back to the facility even helped us take our luggage from the drop off location to our vehicle.
