We like the courtesy and help from the employee.s . BUT we're not familiar around the area , asking of your employee for direction to get back to 101north did not find helpful at all.
If you really value our ( senior people) comments the ask to BE MORE ( Keep it simple ) direction for roads.

Easy to use for a first timer. Friendly drivers, great experience. NOTE: I recommend reminding Customers how to get to shuttles upon return, whether Terminal 1 or 2. I had to dig back into emails to find that information.

Inexpensive, close to airport, frequent shuttle, very helpful shuttle drivers, free car wash is a nice extra
It made my parking experience very pleasant especially knowing that my Valet/Park servicing staff were watching for the care of my automobile. The staff members at the front desk, the staff members outside, and the driver of the shuttle were very friendly and polite. Upon returning from my trip, I sent a text for pick-up and did not have to wait too much time to be returned for my vehicle pick-up.
