Convenient for me

Your staff is friendly, and getting in and out is always easy and quick.

Close to the airport. Shuttles collect people quickly once you arrive and short wait times to collect passengers at the terminal. I do hope at some point you start service to the international terminal as it is not very convenient to take the shuttle to the domestic and transfer to the PNF location when I have a disabled person traveling with me.

Folks at the entry and exit [exit at 1 am] couldn't have been more patient as I tried to use my phone to enter and exit. Bus drivers are also gracious as they pick up and return. Traveling is always stressful and these people take good care of their customers. Great people.

The workers were generally very nice and the service is very convenient. I did run into trouble when being picked up from the airport… the driver asked for a card (looks like a business card) that we had received on the ride to the airport. the driver on our first ride simply handed it to me as i was walking out of the van, and didn’t tell me anything else about it so i figured it wasn’t important & eventually threw it away. this second driver insisted that he NEEDED that card or else he couldn’t get us to the right lot, even though i had the confirmation email showing exactly what address we went to AND i knew what aisle we parked in. after 5-10 minutes of back and forth, he did drive us to our car… it was just a lot of extra confusion and frustration after and already frustrating flight home.

The staff was nice and helpful

Our driver was amazing. He was bald, sorry, didn't catch his name. I flagged him down as he pulled away and he stopped and picked us up!!! So happy as we had just flown in from Hawaii after the devastating fires and were exhausted. He even got out of his van and helped with our luggage and made sure we had our keys! It was Thursday afternoon, 8/17 around 2 ish.

The cost is less than parking at the airport.

I rarely have to wait

It's so quick n convenient. I won't drive in the cities, but this venue is easy enough for me to get to, each time I fly out. Workers are prompt and very good!
