Great customer services and the bus are always coming around

I used valet service, and I was in my car and on the road within 15 minutes of walking out of the terminal. After a long day of flying this was huge.

When we came home from our Las Vegas trip the other nignt, we had run into a LONG day of problems. We had set our morning alarm to go off at 7AM to get ready for our flight. But the hotel's fire alarm went off at 4AM. We got on our DFW flight on time and had taxied onto the tarmac. There we sat, and sat, and sat. We had to finally go BACK to our gate and get off the
plane as the airport was on a weather shut down. We finally were able to get back on our plane and took off about 6 or 7 hours later. We finally landed at DFW at approximately 2-2:30 AM the next day. Your people were very wonderful and understanding. Everyone (shuttle driver, gentleman in the office etc) And what topped it all off was that they did not charge for those hours that we had been delayed due to the weather. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

We always get a great experience at Park N’ Fly. The drivers are very courteous and are always right there when you get your car parked. They assist with your baggage in a friendly, efficient way. Very easy to book online and enter the parking ramp. Staff are very quick to pick up and drive to the airport.

The people were great, particularly the woman who was monitoring the gate on my way in (it was very early Monday, 8/7), and then Patrick the driver, and Nancy when I checked out.
One issue, which I'm sure was just an error, was that I was charged twice for my extra day--$5.84. I'm not sure if this is the right place to address it. If I don't hear back, I'll contact someone tomorrow.
Back to the people--they were very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The reservation process was very easy and the price was good--I appreciate the longer stay discount. Very happy with everything, and I will be back.
