I hope this email finds you well and goes to your leadership. I have been your customer for years and never had any problem. This time we had nothing but problems. On 8/15 your driver was throwing everyone's luggage literally carelessly and that happened with us too with wheels broken off of our 2 suitcases. We still tipped him and later realized what happened. Had to travel with wobbly suitcases and ultimately threw them away when reached Indianapolis. He was an elderly looking driver and we took your bus at around 1PM.

Today we had only backpacks and didn't need anyhelp from the driver. We hopped on the bus driven by Tim Row at 1PM. Right before us one white couple got off and didn't tip him so I knew he didn't like that. When we got off, we all said thank you and when my wife thanked, he tauntingly said to her "thanks for your generosity" because she didn't tip him. We always generously tip your drivers but this time we didn't have cash and couldn't tip and moreover we had no bags. But that behavior was totally uncalled for. When we got off, then while walking to our car we crossed in front of the bus and he honked at my son as he was waiting to put his stuff in the car.

Being brown should not be the cause of upset for anyone. He didn't taunt at that white couple despite the fact they took his help to get the bags down and didn't tip then why us?

Easy to prepay parking and have a space available. Shuttles run frequently and pick up and drop off at vehicle. Great, professional, friendly staff!

The convenience of it all. The drivers helped us out our stuff in and off of the bus. And the shuttle was waiting for us at the door when we arrived.
