The whole process was convenient and easy to navigate. Especially high marks for my pick-up driver at SFO. It was after midnight on Aug. 19. I had returned on an international flight and was pretty drained. He was the nicest guy. Really made it a pleasant experience.
I liked the entire service except the person at checkout was not very courteous. The staff who initially helped me park the car was friendly and nice. But the staff at the gate while checkout took a long time and did not clearly know what she was doing. I thought of giving you 10/10 but gave 9/10 due to the checkout experience.
