Had a wonderful experience at Ashley in Pensacola FL. Michael Landey greeted me at the door and after telling him I was looking for comfortable chair for bedroom, he accompanied me throughout the store to view the floor options. I found the perfect chair. He ordered the color for me and it will arrive in 1 to 3 weeks with a concierge delivery service at a very reasonable rate. Mike is a pleasant and courteous young man and I wish him much success.
Keith Braswell was the person that greeted me as I walked in and he helped me find the set of chairs I needed, there were some homeless people hanging out in front of the store and I mentioned to him that I almost didn’t do in because they were scary looking. He informed the assistant manager and then when I was done shopping , Keith walked me to my car .

The store was exceptionally clean and bright! So many options to pick from. We will be back to finish up our shopping. Still have 2 rooms to complete! Our salesman didn’t follow us around, checked in with us, every so often.
