Keith was very informative and answered all of our questions. He offered very valuable information as he shadowed us around the mattress area. What I liked the most was he wasn't pushy or on top of us. He stayed in the background and was there for our queries.
My brother and I were extremely pleased with the customer service Sierra provided, she assisted us with different ways we could maximize the room with certain pieces. Sierra went above and beyond and also gave us a list of businesses that would potentially be able to pick up my parents old couches.
