The most important thing to me is NOT having a sales person follow you around the store stalking your every move!! I can't stand that and will leave that store in a hot minute if that happens no matter how big the sale may be. When I walked into Ashley I was greeted introduce to the sales person and told if there was anything he could help me with he would be right over there to please let him know...we said thank very much amd was never bothered by him or anyone else until we were ready to ask questions and make our purchase!!! This is what keeps people like us coming back repeatedly to a store like this because u don't feel like your being stalked while shopping.

The furniture piece was just what we wanted and at a good price.
We did not feel like we were pushed to buy we went in with the idea that this was just starting to look but ended up finding what we wanted and decided to buy

My only complaint was that I came in to make a purchase and instead of asking they just charged me for the install fee. But they took care of it right away so my experience is still very good and I will be back again. Very satisfied with the products.
