From the moment we walked in, Sandra greeted us and asked if she could help. We said we were just browsing and she let us do our thing, without interruption. When we were ready to put together our sales package, she was there to help and answer questions. Our customer service experience was great. Our transaction was quick and easy. Now we can't wait for our new furniture to arrive.

Sales associate sierra was and has been outstanding. Manager Steve in Pensacola has been very helpful in a change of delivery location. Prices and variety excellent. Found everything we wanted/needed.

We found the layout of the store easy and found what we wanted almost immediately. Our salesman was friendly, helpful and guided us perfectly on what to expect with a backorder.
