Keith was very warm and NOT pushy. He left us alone while we looked and stayed back while we discussed. I appreciate that. When we were ready to make a decision, he was there, attentive, and helpful with answering questions. I like the quality we saw on the showroom floor when it came to leather. So many people have really cheap options for leather but this seems like quality in the stitching was thick and nice. Time will tell if it holds up.
