I met with salesman, Keith Braswell. I walked into Ashley Pensacola, Florida store and he greeted me with a smile and warmth. He stood up and walked up to me greeted me with friendliness, warmth and a smile and said how may I help. I told him I needed a lift recliner chair for my elderly father and he immediately walked me to the show room where the lift recliner chairs were and told me about his elderly mom and made me feel comfortable about buying a chair for my dad. He treated me like a sister was super warm engaing in making me feel like he understood my needs for my dad and the type of chair that would help my dad. Keith is amazing at sales!!!!!! He was NOT after making the sale but rather he wanted to make sure that he understood my dad's need for a lift chair to make sure that what Ashley store had was best suited for my dad's needs. Keith truly cares about people's needs. He is super caring, great listerner and relates to people's needs. Keith truly is a sales asset to Ashley store. Keith also took quality time to listen and was NOT rushed to meet with other customers to make a quick sale. Keith gave his attention to solely my needs in the type of chair I needed for my dad.
