What did you like about your experience?

The salesperson introduced herself and then let me be. She was close but not hovering. I really appreciated this. The only negative is that I am still waiting on my furniture but I hope it will be worth the wait.

I recently went to the Ashley store at Greensboro and I loved the collections of products and the ambience of the store. Mr. Michael Mangum assisted us throughout the process, understanding our shopping needs and helping us find the right products for our liking and requirement. The checkout process was very smooth and overall it was a great experience. A big thanks to Mr. Michael Magnum who was very patient and helpful during our visit. I hate the fact that I need to wait for 60 days for the products and I guess I will start enjoying once they arrive at my doorstep.

The sales staff were readily available if we needed them but not pushy. There was a great selection of furniture and we found exactly what I had in mind.

Salesman Ben is the best ever ... Personable, professional and a great overall salesperson. There was a major issue with the delivery person ... starting with the fact that when I told him which door was wider he said "no it's not wider", in my own home. Then as they brought in my dresser I noticed that the door wouldn't stay closed. I told him we didn't buy it like that and I refused it. He said that a tech would come out to fix it and if it couldn't be fixed then it would be replaced. Again I said I refuse it and called the store. After my call refusing it and getting a refund he was trying to hand me his phone to sign for delivery and again I said no, I refuse it. Then he really had got an attitude. My husband signed after he saw the dresser was taken off.

Dominique was absolutely amazing and patient. She was not pushy and was very honest. She took a lot of time with us to be sure we got what we needed and checked everything to see if it was in stock. When we came back in she even took time from her day off to help us get the warranty we needed and a new living room set. Then because things were a little crazy and unexpected she brought the bed controller right to our house. This experience has made us Ashley shoppers for life and Dominique a friend. Hang on to her, she is fabulous!!!!

Service was friendly and helpful. I really like the fact that I heard from ASHLEY every week about the status of my sofa. I purchased the sofa in July. It came to my home on December 3rd. Ashley did not let me down. Thank you.
