Jay was helpful and friendly, but not high pressure or pushy. The young lady that also helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. I can’t remember her name, but she had a beautiful accent. I appreciated that we could try out the bar stools and that you actually had them in stock. It was also helpful that you held them after we purchased them until we could get back to pick them up a couple of days later. It was a much better experience than I expected!
