The associate who met me when I came in, Ben Phillips, was very helpful and provided discounts that gave me good savings on the furniture I bought. I thought the quality of the furniture was better than what I saw in another store I looked at before going to Ashley.

What did you like about your experience?

Danya was very knowledgeable about the products. She explained the different options for financing. She also gave us a quote that included home delivery and in a standard warranty plan. She was very honest with us when a piece of furniture was not really leather and explain to us that it would not feel like I’ve current furniture.

I was only there to purchase a mattress. I saw a bedframe that was nice and inquired about the price. It was already on sale, but I asked if the price was still negotiable. The sales rep did a check only to find the price was lower. Although he should have checked before, I was still appreciative of the price coming down.

The in-store experience was great. The 4 month wait, not so much. Understand with the Covid induced spike in demand though. Overall very good experience.

Cherrelle really took the time to assist me when I came in the store last week. She didn’t make me feel pressured to make a purchase and gave me plenty of options and also gave me her business card to contact her although I hadn’t completely decided upon my choice. When I reached back out to order she made sure to alert me of everything along the way and even assisted me with coming up with a new option when an item I wanted was discontinued. I truly appreciate her time and consideration.
