Ben Philips the sales associated that assisted with me and my husband and helping us with our furniture. He we over and beyond to make sure we were happy with our selection. It's the little things that count to make a customer come back and shop. He was very professional and had very good customer service skills. We will be coming and requesting Ben.

Sheranda Searcy was our consultant who gave us exceptional service. She went above and beyond to the point we sought out the 2 store managers, one being Rooster, and expressed our gratitude and commendation.
From the second I entered the door, Sheranda couldn't have better accommodated us.
She greeted me, listened to my inquiry, efficiently showed me through the store to offrr me all options.

Then Sheranda OFFERED to get my 94 year old Mother who was buying a power lift chair, yet was unable to walk the necessary distance.

She literally brought the chair to the car and assisted me in getting Mother in to the store.

Our visit was extremely long and involved due to my Mother's slow conditioning back injury.

Sheranda's patience was unsurpassable. With a gentle spirit and informative conveyance she assisted us and saw us through every step of the process. She then completed our experience and saw us to our car. Wow!

We picked up the chair today, and Mother is happily and comfortably resting with much appreciation to Sheranda for her genuine care and consideration for her customers.

I do hope Sheranda will know our response, and will be somehow rewarded for her exceptional efforts to encourage return business to Ashley Home Furnishings.
