The prices are reasonable, your staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I vowed to boycott Leela due to their sub par customer service at the 11 Ave location but I figured, I always have a good experience in Bridgeland so I'll give it another shot, and I'm glad I did. Your 11 Ave SW location can learn a thing or two from your staff in Bridgeland.

Do take a look at a few items in the ladies change rooms that need to be refilled/updated including diffuser and hair products.
I do believe dry shampoo would be super useful to add to the change room for post-massage.
Honey for the tea would be great as well.

Have been to two of your locations and brought friends with me the last time. They had never been before and love it. How I first found Leela was because I love eminence products and did a google search for who used them. I had an amazing massage with Catherine Armistead on Monday. She recommended a treatment to loosen the fascia around my shoulder muscles and it made me feel incredibly more mobile. Will definitely see her again

First of all, Leela is around the corner from me - so I love the convenience! But even if it wasn't - Leela is worth the drive. Whether it's a massage, eyebrow waxing, or pedicure - the service is always fantastic. The vibe and decor is so relaxing it makes you feel pampered!
My masseuse was great, on time and did fantastic work on my shoulders. She also had good advice for stretches to help my posture.

Each time I come to Leela I am greeted by a great big smile and someone who is eager to help. I have had a handful of massage therapists primarily due to the fact that I book last minute and all have been wonderful. I especially appreciate that they read my file prior to my appointment. This may seem like a no brainer but surprisingly most people don't do this and as someone who is continually coming in for injuries it's so nice to spend more time getting treated than explaining everything in your file prior to the treatment.
The nail techs were very lovely, skilled, and professional. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the site and the decor.

This place was amazing. The waiting lounge was a perfect place to wait pre massage and unwind after. Many of the extra touches of this place went above and beyond in making it a restful, perfect experience. Also, the front desk girl was helpful and fun. Beyond that, the massages were wonderful. Definitely would recommend.
