I was nervous since it was my first massage experience, but the staff made me feel very comfortable and informed. Like their name states, they're totally eco-friendly. They used coconut oil (the expensive stuff!) for the massage, which left my skin so soft. I recommend Rachael at the Beltline location! As soon as I mentioned I had started and came because of spin, she immediately understood my trouble areas and got to work -- after answering my questions and explaining each technique. She even gave me some warm-up exercises to do pre- and post-spin class. I will be back soon~!

Very calming and very friendly staff.
Facilities are clean & comfortable at Beltline spa. Receiving reception is friendly. Though she did not inform me there was a sauna at back of change area it was my first visit to Beltline spa. The snacks & tea were most welcome. My TCM doctor was great... treatment was top notch. I want to come back here for a facial...I like the products carried there - which is also in change room too..( lotion ). Robe was too small a size for me... please carry larger sizes. All in all a very pleasant experience, so I will return for sure. Thx. SB.

The staff are friendly and professional. The atmoshpere is tranquil and relaxing. Cyndi is a terrrific RMT and always manages to work out my trouble spots.

The front desk is prompt and friendly. The online booking system is pretty easy to use and I can see options for different therapies and therapists. Wonderful location in Bridgeland as well.
I like the spa environment and the mocha lattes and snacks. I really liked your in shower products. I of course like my therapist and the massage rooms :)
Warmly greeted and provided forms to complete; the one hour sports massage was close to a miracle and seems to have isolated and mostly corrected the shoulder and neck problems I was experiencing. I will be returning regularly.

The greeting you receive upon arrival was warm and inviting. The change room is quite large and has amenities. The lounge is lovely, spacious, lots of goodies, delicious drinks and comfy seating. The aesthetians were pleasant and conversed the perfect amount. Overall my family and I had a wonderful experience!

Very accommodating and knowledgeable. It was such a smooth process to do a last minute booking and the experience was amazing! I never felt rushed, it was relaxing from beginning to end. The spa was beautiful and welcoming. The staff were very kind and very focused on taking care of you. I would 100% recommend booking with Leela Eco Spa, they were incredible!

Love the ambiance and Anne was great! The little touches with tea, flavored water and snacks were nice. Since I had cancer last year, love that less toxic products were used.

The whole thing was wonderful. When we first called to book our spa experience, the location we called didn't have availability but they were able to book us in at another location without having to transfer or telling us to call the other location our selves which was really nice. When we got there everyone was so friendly and the place looked gorgeous. Eleanor gave me one of the best massages I have ever had.
The changeroom with the robe and slippers. Showers for convenience. Having a tea or coffee. Every massage therapist I've had at this location has been awesome.
