The atmosphere is wonderful and Kelly gives a great massage.
LOVE the location - it is really convenient downtown, parking is a bit of a nightmare but it is totally worth it. Really felt like being at a day spa even though I was only there for a massage - loved that there is tea/ coffee/ snacks to help yourself to and the decor is just stunning.
Have been seeing Eleanore Fournier for years at various locations and she was wonderful as always - amazing technique, care for any concerns and just overall great energy :)
I was treated very kindly and much like a guest. The interior of the building was very nice and clean and comfortable, and the lady to tended to my facial was very professional and knew quite well what she was doing, and I loved that she was enjoying her job too. I loved how friendly the environment was, and the products they offered were pricey, but they were reasonably priced due to how well they worked.

Beautiful spa, the receptionist was warm and welcoming. Amazing selection of tea, coffee and snacks. The pedicure looks amazing.

I absolutely love coming here for massages. The front staff are great too. The only thing I’d suggest would be for them not to be so awkward about providing a tip for the service. If insurance covers the cost then that’s all you need to say. I felt like I ‘needed’ to provide a tip on top of that but that should be the descretion of the client and not suggested by the receptionist.

Beautiful space, had one of the best massages of my life last visit. Would definitely recommend but would like to provide the feedback that the music hasn’t been very “spa” like during my visits. Would have been 10/10 with better music :)

The massage therapy is great. It applies the right amount of pressure to address my muscle tightness. It has a clean environment with soothing music. Booking and customer service are responsive.
I’ve had two different RMTs from Leelo now and they’ve both been great and really tailored the massages to my needs and paid full attention to all of my problem areas. Thank you!

Exceptional massage
The massage from Adam was perfect. The perfect pressure and he was very thorough. The facial was my first so I wasn't sure what to expect but every step was explained to me along the way and I felt very comfortable. I left feeling relaxed, pampered and eager for my next visit. Thank you!
