My original RMT couldn't make my appointment so the spa booked me in with Katherine. I was very hesitant to go with another massage therapist, but Katherine made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and was very professional. She answered all of my questions and was very kind and I absolutely loved the service that I got with my massage. I used to not really understand why people liked massages so much, but now I do, and I plan on coming back for more! Thank you!

Was very welcoming! The massage was great and I felt so much better after! It was relaxing, helped my back pain, the staff was all so helpful and so professional, and the entire experience was pleasant.
It felt very luxurious. We felt very relaxed and taken care of. The change room was beautiful and fancy, the therapists were very kind and professional, and we were even able to take showers and relax in the lounge before heading home. Overall, it was fantastic.
