The personal trainer at your location in Brownwood TX is a wealth of knowledge. Plus she teaches/trains on a different level that I’ve only seen in a military setting. I’ve been an instructor for 30 years and I know a little about this topic. She is able to talk with all kinds of people on a different level. She understands how to train people and knows her audience.
BA is awesome! All of the staff are always welcoming me in with big smiles and makes me feel really comfortable. BEST PF!

Plenty of quality equipment and clean facilities.
Truthfully, this ONLY applies to the formerly-TFF Planet Fitness on Campbell in Dallas, Texas, because it retains all the equipment, and some of the staff, from TFF. (Although, I've heard that's the case for other former-TFF PF locations around Dallas). Without that equipment, I would've changed gyms upon the merger.
Now, if it had a pool, then that would be a 10. In reality, though, only certain people use it, so only the one point deduction.

Everything! Staff tops the list!! Equipment, cleanliness, atmosphere!! The way management runs the facility!! Gym Rat for over 40 years and this facility is top notch!

The staff is very friendly and professional. The gym is always clean and the machines are always in good working condition.
I liked the Harrisonburg planet fitness. It seemed roomy. Had a lot of cardio machines & weight machines.
First of all the front desk staff are all fantastic!!!
Professionalism is always on an all time high and are willing to help in any capacity. The building is always clean and equipment is always available to fuel the workout. Keep up the good work!!!

I've been a member of this Planet Fitness location since 2017 and I like the atmosphere. The manager there, Brianna, does what she can to address any issues that comes about. I believe that the staff should receive recognition for their friendly and funny interactions / w the customers that attend this gym facility.
Nice clean, organized place
This is for Harrisonburg, VA Planet Fitness. Plenty of people to talk to and workout with if thats what you like to do. 95% of ppl respect your also there to workout and dont hog the machines. Staff is friendly and equipment is clean and available to use almost 100% of the time you go. The app is very accurate and easy to navigate and find details about your local PF or elsewhere.
The trainer, Ed, is amazing and so helpful. The new equipment was needed and makes the experience that much more effective. The use of the massage beds and chairs add a wonderful touch to the workout experience.
