The staff here is absolutely fantastic, consistently going above and beyond to keep the workout area spotless and welcoming! I love walking in and seeing friendly, familiar faces at the front desk. It’s energizing to watch them tirelessly cleaning and maintaining the gym – their dedication really makes a difference! Every visit feels like a breath of fresh air!
It’s too cold in there. Please check the thermostat. People are wearing hood, caps, layers of clothing. The thermostat in the men ‘s locker room is set at 70 degrees. How about 72?!

I go to Planet Fitness 2-3 times per week. The staff is friendly and attentive and I do not have to wait for a machine. The staff cleans the facility continually which is a big plus.

It is clean, bright, and the equipment is up to date. The music is not too loud, making it a great experience every time. The staff are very kind and professional; I am extremely impressed.

It is a good place to work out and open 24/7 which is good because I like to work out early in the morning. I have been a member for over 10 years and enjoy the facility. Thanks for keeping me in shape!

Few weeks ago I made a complaint about some pilates machines that I didn't see anymore after I came back to the gym after several months. Two days after that comment, the Club Manager, Ambrose S. in a very gentle way explained to me that they just were moved to other place in the same location. I want to apologize because it was my mistake and also I want to say thank you to all the personal of the gym. They keep it nite and clean and also all of them are very nice people.

I didn’t expect to like planet fitness. The logo is LSU colors and looks kinda steampunk, so… you’re already starting off with a few things that I don’t like. I had also heard that they get onto people all the time (PF in general). I had always imagined it being like Curves.
I initially decided to sign up because it seemed economical and ended up getting the black card.
First thing I noticed is how clean it was. Even though there’s always people there, it’s never a long wait for equipment. Use of tanning and the massage machines are a bargain and have really been a factor in maintaining personal consistency. I leave feeling like I’ve been to the spa.
Another major factor in recommending PF to other people is the professionalism of the staff. They welcome and acknowledge every person with eye contact and a smile that walks in. The staff is almost like good bartenders in the sense that they remember your names and your preferences They are all friendly and engaging yet not overly familiar.
The staff is constantly cleaning and it show yet they are quick breakaway and help customers. Even in situations where the customers seemed to be getting agitated over something. They quickly diffused the situations in a professional way that left everyone dignified. Here is a list of my favorite and notable staff.
Jacob, Damien, Lindsey, Rebecca, Mindy, Ariel, Vince, Sunny, Bailee, Ryan and Brendan. I hope Planet Fitness treats these employees as well as I feel served. They really set a vibe and I’ve noticed because the culture of the gym is really friendly and respectful. I see people of all fitness levels, size, color, and pronoun working out and getting along. When it comes up in conversation…I tell people that I love planet fitness.

The Total Body Enhancement "machine". I love the red light and the "workout" mode.
It's both the nice atmosphere and staff that works constantly to make sure the gym is clean constantly. Also, they are helpful and friendly when you need something.
