I enjoy the versatile availability of equipment, however some of the ceiling speakers do not seem to be working in some areas and cannot enjoy the music in these areas.
The location is exceptionally clean and equipped innovative, modern equipment that surpasses other locations. Overall, I appreciate Planet Fitness and the professionalism of their staff.

All new equipment, friendly staff , very clean place.. No intimidation by other people in better shape. Lots of equipment that can excercise every part of your body. Plus the relaxation on water massage bed was so wonderful. I could have fallen asleep on it. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING. And at a very fair price.
The Staff are Awesome! The facility is clean, the layout is great, I love all the equipment and simplicity.

Nice, friendly environment that’s truly a “judgement free zone” no matter the age, size, shape, or sex. All the employees (especially on nights) are very nice and welcoming.

This location is very clean and employees are very friendly. Shout out to Josue who works the overnight hours on Friday and Saturday. When I get to gym around 5:30 am he is working and always greets me

Clean shower and locker area. Plenty of access to any machine I wanted to use. No one trying to comment on my workout.
I love the equipment and the hours....I also love the showers. The handicapped shower has a niche that needs to be regularly cleaned, however as black mold is growing in the corners. The adjustable hand held shower head also does not adjust and should be fixed.
It is hard to keep everything really nice with such a lot of active members. I understand that. But it is a really nice club and it is a shame that members abuse some of the facilities. Today there were many missing carabiners on the mail room arm strength machines.....why would members steal these? So sad. And there is a core incline machine that is not operational....I hope it gets fixed soon.
These are all normal problems with a highly used club. But I am very happy with Planet Fitness and appreciate being able to use the club.
Clean gym, everything gets put back where it belongs, people are kind and mind their own business! Great place to workout!
I LOVE my PF in Bristol Va !!! Great CLEAN gym and every piece of equipment you can imagine. But the best part of PF is the staff !!! Great group of people not only are they friendly but also super helpful!!!! They deserve a Raise for sure Austin has brought that place a long way since he took the position and you hit the jackpot when you promoted him !!!! Congratulations Austin on the promotion you’re killing it !!!
This is not my home gym. Mine closes. And when it is closed I take that 17 minute drive thru the midtown. This gym is sexy af. Whatever you need they got. Pull up.
Very clean easy access to all machines staff was very friendly
Great location, nice and clean, friendly staff when I've had to interact with them. My only complaint is I wish the TVs had some more variety on, but I usually listen to music anyway so that's not really that much of a problem.
I love the facility and the use of the black card equipment/ sauna area. The staff are welcoming and respectful.
I have used this location on and off for 20 years. The staff is always welcoming, and the other patrons are not too obnoxious.

The gym is very spacious. I liked there is more than one set of a specific machine to prevent overcrowding.
