My wife and I had our personal banking accounts hacked resulting in us having to change account numbers. All of our "automatic" draft accounts had to be updated and completing online was unsuccessful. Visited my Springdale gym and received superior customer and help from Runyae. While the system was having trouble updating, he was able to complete a work around and get my account updated. Hard to find customer service like this in today's world.

People come here to workout and get out. No socializing. People are not worried about other people. Very nice staff.

It's good atmosphere to go excise
Large amount of machines. Hyland Village has a much better Planet Fitness than others I have been in. It would be nice if the women’s bathroom had a small trash can for other things besides feminine products. That’s just me.

Everything, the staff is amazing, they are always eager to support or answer any questions or give assistance if needed. The gym is well kept, always clean. The locker room are much cleaner than the other two gyms in my area.
