The total body enhancement machine. ( which is not at every facility) please add it to the Crowley location. Crowley gym is closer to my home but the Burleson location has different equipment. More of what I like.

Fantastic home gym, never have had any complaints with the machines or with the amenities. Lovely people that work here and a lovely array of people who work out here as well
Everything seemed to be in order the access to Everything is great, conflict resolution is awesome, I have heard about problems with that conflict resolution as I guess it could be tougher being on the other end in disconnecting from the Services and still paying charges, I haven't experienced the showers, the massages, or the equipment with that, as I heard that it might not be all that pleasant, then again, some people are finicky. So far it's been nothing new as I guess the repetitive of going through different workouts, can be monotonous, the free weights, the safety modified free weights, and the machine controlled weights are very adaptive to getting through and meeting certain goals or performance expectations.

Great staff, great facility. Would like the option to increase massage chair and hydro bed times from 10m to 15-20. At 10 it just starts getting relaxing. Great experience overall though.
We love this location, people are pretty friendly, and the hours are great! I would love to see the club get a hip-thrust machine. The smith machines fill up fast and it would be a great addition to help free up some of the smith machines for other exercises.

Customer Service! They reached out to call me over review that I actually did not leave. but the willingness that he had to make things right when he thought there was an issue was just amazing. In the past when I had gone to this planet fitness the atmosphere was not that great but the last time I was there, everyone was really friendly and you can tell the environment has improved.
